"Prices seemed better than most places"
I was hunting around for a few parts and ended up on 86speed because the prices looked the best to me, at least from the few shops I checked. I mean, maybe there was some random site cheaper, but it didn’t seem as trustworthy, so I’m counting this as the better deal. Shipping wasn’t too bad either, which kind of made the price feel even better. Overall I’m happy with what I paid and I’d probably order from them again

So... my order ended up arriving later than expected, and the tracking info barely updated the whole time. I did reach out to support and they replied, but it didn’t really help much with the wait.

"Got it sorted eventually"
I had an issue with my order and, i wasn’t sure if I was explaining it badly or if support was just being a little slow. It took a couple emails and more waiting than I expected to get a clear answer, which was frustrating at the time. To be fair, they did sort it out in the end and the part itself was fine, so I don’t want to make it sound worse than it was. I just wish the communication had been quicker and a bit clearer.

The parts did what they were supposed to do, so I can’t really complain too much there. Everything functioned fine once installed. That said, the finish felt a bit cheap, which made the whole thing feel less solid than I expected. I guess it’s one of those purchases where it gets the job done, but reminds you that the little details can really affect how confident you feel about the quality.

"Parts Were Fine, Packaging Not So Much"
The parts themselves seemed to be okay once I got everything opened up and checked them over, so I don’t really have any complaints there. They looked usable and nothing obvious was wrong with the actual items. That said, the packaging was in rough shape when it arrived. The box was really crushed and looked like it had been through a lot during shipping, which made me a little worried before I even opened it. Luckily the parts appear to have survived, but the packaging definitely could have been better or more protective.

I was feeling a little pressured because I wanted to get it sorted out quickly, but they got back to me fast and actually answered my question instead of sending some generic copy-paste reply. I had one more small issue after that, and they helped again without making it feel like a big deal. Overall, it was a easy experience and the customer service felt solid. I’d order from them again just based on how they handled everything...

The delivery showed up on time, which I really appreciated because I was kind of expecting there might be some delay or small issue like there sometimes is with online orders. But everything went smoothly from start to finish. It just took a bit longer than I was expecting, and I ended up following up once, kind of one of those things where you start wondering if your message got lost somewhere. Overall not a bad experience at all, just wish the response time was a little quicker.

"Decent experience, but inventory was off"
I ordered a couple of parts from 86speed because the site showed everything as in stock, but after I paid, one of the items turned out to not actually be available. They did reach out and get it sorted, so it wasn’t a huge problem, but it definitely slowed the order down. Not sure how to explain it, it just felt a little frustrating because I thought I was good to go when I checked out. Overall not a bad experience, but I wish the inventory on the site was more accurate.

"Fairly Helpful and Easy to Work With"
I ordered a part from 86speed and, to be fair, I wasn’t completely sure how the install was supposed to go at first. Their instructions were clear and didn’t make things more complicated than they needed to be. I had one small question while I was working on it, and they pointed me in the right direction quickly. The part fit like it should, and I was able to get everything done in my garage without much stress. Overall, I feel like they did a solid job and I’d be comfortable ordering from them again.
